Sydney Oyster Tours was born when some Hawkesbury River oyster farmers realised how unique their world actually was. Speeding across the river to check on the different leases, harvesting and sorting is just every day life for them. When friend after friend expressed interesting in visit them on the farm, they thought other people might like to spend a day on the water too.
They offer lots of different tours ranging from group outings visiting all the leases and learning about the oysters, to days out for private groups culminating in an elegant seafood lunch on a private beach.
They needed a bold, luxury look and feel which can work across all of the different tours and stand out from the crowd of other oyster sheds in the area.
