To communicate the virtues of Queensland Country Health Fund, we enlisted the help of our brand ambassador Laura Geitz and her dog Charlie. By positioning Laura as a representation of our members and Charlie as the embodiment of our brand, we were able to demonstrate that when our customers need us, we’re always there with a helping hand… or paw.

To help reach a younger market, we created a full social campaign as well as TV, radio and point of sale.
