An innovative tech company came to us for a name and brand so that they can support their strong tech offering with an equally bold brand offering.
They created a product which uses Rapid Phenotyping to allow farmers to discover the chemical composition of agricultural and food products. This is the market they’re focusing on, but the possibilities are endless. The product uses light to analyse the chemical make-up of an object or substance, essentially replacing the slow and costly wet lab process.
We named them Redlab – a reference to both the process involved and the fact that this product is a replacement wet lab. For the brand we went bold using black, white and red. The line through the logo is a representation of the technology, and it’s cutting through the lettering to discover the base elements.
